SAARA's Advocacy Training
SAARA’s Advocacy training is an 8-hour program that provides advocacy skills and knowledge to empower individuals affected by substance use disorder. This training offers interactive learning on key concepts such as: What is advocacy? Why advocate? How to advocate effectively? SAARA’s advocacy training engages participants in practical techniques, interactive exercises, advocacy planning ideas, and more. Each participant receives tangible, take-away, advocacy tools and resources.
